We recently completed our fastest ever regulated bridging finance case, raising £118,000 net in under 48 hours to fund a client’s daughter’s property purchase. Exceptional teamwork and prioritisation made this record-breaking achievement possible.
Today, we completed a bridging finance solution in less than 48 hours — our fastest regulated bridging finance case to date. The clients approached us on a Wednesday with a strict deadline: they needed funds by Friday to complete their daughter’s house purchase.
The shortfall had arisen because the sale of a property they owned had fallen through. Working closely with Together Personal Finance and using their internal legal team, we were able to raise £118,000 net to bridge the gap. An automated valuation was approved, and the case was fully reviewed and authorised by close of play Wednesday.
Even with a land registry restriction, the funds were released by 10am Friday, enabling completion on time. This was achieved thanks to the exceptional prioritisation and dedication of Alex Carr and Simon Baker-Smith, whose hands-on approach kept the process moving at record speed.
The teamwork between Truffle Specialist Finance and Together Personal Finance was flawless. Communication, responsiveness, and a true commitment to urgency ensured that the deal not only met, but exceeded our already high standards for speed and efficiency.
We are particularly proud of Alexander Kinsey, who has been with Truffle for under a year and has already proven himself to be an exceptional talent in bridging finance. His contribution to managing the client’s requirements and ensuring the rapid turnaround was a key factor in the record-breaking completion.

This transaction demonstrates the power of specialist bridging finance to provide rapid, flexible funding for time-critical property transactions, even in complex situations with land registry restrictions and strict deadlines.
