Most sport especially rugby and football, like a nice drop of Guinness and winding down with my friends and my colleagues. Definitely kept busy out of work by my little man Noah who has just turned 1 and will not sit still.

My pet hate is loud eaters, really pushes my buttons! Lateness is also a big dislike.

I’ve performed for the Welsh National Opera in their production of Hansel and Gretel and I was also a keen Welsh folk dancer as a child.
