Bringing fresh energy into the office
This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Meg for a week-long work experience placement at Truffle. Keen to explore the world of specialist finance, Meg spent her time seeing exactly how we operate—shadowing the sales & underwriting teams, sitting in on key discussions, and even getting hands-on with some underwriting alongside Ryan.

From day one, Meg showed enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a real interest in understanding not just the what but the why behind our processes. Getting involved with underwriting gave her valuable insight into how deals are assessed, structured, and delivered to clients.
