A time-sensitive bridging loan that secured a commercial investment property for our client

We recently helped a client who came to us in desperate need of £400k to purchase a commercial property after they had been let down by a bank.

In order to save the purchase we had a deadline of 7 working days from initial conversation to completion. Not only did we manage to do it in 6 working days, we did it on the lowest regulated rate available at 0.43% and with no valuations by securing it against their residential property.

In this case both speed and price went hand in hand and proved it’s not always a trade-off between the two.
