Specialist mortgage solutions
When applying for a residential mortgage, if your client has extraordinary circumstances and does not fit the high street lenders’ criteria, we can help because we work in partnership with intermediary only lenders. They appraise each application on its own merits, which in turn means we are able to offer completely unique solutions.
For new and existing property owners
We’ll take the time to find the best solution for people in a range of circumstances. From first time buyers to existing homeowners wanting to review their mortgage for the best rate; as well as those who are 50+ and interested in ways to better use their asset during retirement, we can help. Even if your client has endured credit challenges or recently become self-employed.
Benefits of bespoke
The criteria set by high street lenders can be restrictive and also limit your client’s options. But by working with us you’ll have access to an efficient and experienced specialist who is familiar with the finer points of creating bespoke solutions. We’ll put your client’s needs first and foremost.
Refined process
By paying attention to market changes and operating firmly within FCA guidelines, we continuously hone our process, so that it is agile and flexible. Firstly, we arrange a meeting to assess your client’s individual circumstances. Then we will use our knowledge and experience, coupled with our lender and intermediary connections to identify the best bespoke mortgage solution.
Interpersonal professionalism
We are proud of our customer service after all, a client pleased with us is a client pleased with you. We can liaise directly with your client and submit the mortgage application on their behalf (which means the onus of responsibility from a compliance perspective sits with us), or we can consult with you while you deal directly with them.
